Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years nonprofit experience with preference for donor stewardship.
• Strategic, policy, and budget planning experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Able to work effectively and independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills and work as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and the Blackbaud suite.
• Absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Foundation’s stewardship program and day-to-day donor stewardship activities.
• Develop and execute outreach for the Foundation’s Giving Society donors.
• Support communications strategy as part of Foundation Marketing Strategies/Stewardship & Communications.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely donor recognition and reporting.
