Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Program Manager, Donor Relations to lead a system-wide donor stewardship program. You will design and manage recognition, reporting, and personalized donor communications across hospital foundations, driving loyalty and upgraded giving.

You will collaborate with frontline fundraisers, craft structured campaigns, maintain donor records, and lead stewardship meetings to align plans, owners, and timelines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a development office or donor relations and stewardship experience.
• 3–5+ years with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques is required.
• Experience coordinating budgets, projects and events with vendors.
• Membership with ADRP or similar donor relations organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage stewardship vehicles to ensure brand consistency across the system.
• Lead stewardship meetings with frontline fundraising teams; define owners and timelines.
• Document pledge balances and reminders in donor CRM; coordinate with Donor Services.
• Contribute ideas to advance program impact and stewardship strategies.
• Maintain donor recognition walls/plaques across locations; update donor files.
• Provide timely, accurate fund balance and impact details in collaboration with Philanthropy Operations.
• Support events planning and donor engagement activities with partnerships.
