Job summary

Baptist Health Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented marketer to support campaigns, donor stewardship, and recognition initiatives. You will coordinate materials, manage expense tracking, and assist with capital campaign development while representing the Foundation at events.

The role requires strong writing, independent work ethic, and the ability to work evenings and weekends when needed. A 5-day in-office schedule is expected at our Coral Gables location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications and writing skills required.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities and ability to handle multiple projects.
• In office 5-day work schedule; evenings/weekends as required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing, communications, stewardship and recognition campaigns.
• Coordinate campaigns, donor stewardship and recognition touchpoints.
• Plan, program, and maintain inventory of promotional materials; track expenses.
