The Foundation has embarked on a $600M + campaign, as such,the Development Director will be responsible for developing all aspects of a comprehensive and on-going development program with an emphasis on major gifts and naming opportunities, aligned with the overall Campaign plan. The position is responsible for designing, implementing and sustaining a successful fund-raising program, including individual and major gifts, future donor upgrading, corporate and foundation gifts, special event major giving sponsorship opportunity, planned gifts and enhancing community awareness of the Campaigns and Initiatives as defined by the Foundation. The Director will solicit donations and cultivate relationships with donors in order to develop, secure, upgrade and maintain gift income sources for the present and long term financial support of the system and aligned to the Foundations' fundraising goals. The Director Development will carry a personal fundraising goal of $1M - $2M, and manage a portfolio of 0n average 100 active prospects and 200 total active and in stewardship. Estimated salary range for this position is $128671.60 - $167273.08 / year depending on experience.
