Job summary

The National Park Foundation is seeking a Coordinator, Campaign and Donor Engagement in Washington, DC to join a dynamic donor relations team. This full-time role focuses on producing timely acknowledgments, receipts, and thoughtful donor communications to support cultivation and stewardship efforts.

You will manage data-driven donor correspondence, coordinate events and writing projects, and provide administrative support to senior leadership while upholding the highest standards of donors’

Qualifications

• Experience in philanthropy or donor relations preferred.
• Experience with donor stewardship programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Donor Stewardship: produce and track acknowledgments, receipts, and correspondence.
• Event Support: assist with registrations, invitations and materials.
• Writing & creative support: assist in editing and design projects.
• Administrative Support: manage scheduling, emails, data entry, and reporting.
