Job summary

Fountain House, an iconic nonprofit focused on mental health recovery, seeks an Individual Giving Coordinator to advance the donor pipeline from engagement through major gifts. You will partner with frontline fundraisers, manage communications, and coordinate cross-functional projects with staff and members to strengthen donor relationships.

The role requires collaboration across teams, donor stewardship, and events, with hybrid onsite work of 2–3 days per week and a salary of $65k–$75k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years’ work experience in non-profit fundraising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, Salesforce, Adobe CS and Classy).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor stewardship activities including acknowledgments and personalized outreach.
• Support frontline fundraisers with communications and engagement strategies.
• Assist in creating email campaigns, newsletters, and mailings.
• Plan donor cultivation events and recognition programs.
• Serve as primary contact for the Council and support meetings and logistics.
• Generate donor-facing materials and manage relationship lists for events.
• Maintain donor records in CRM and pull Salesforce reports.
• Oversee department calendar and assist with gift processing and acknowledgments.
