Fountain House, Inc. is seeking an experienced Individual Giving Coordinator to advance our donor pipeline across direct response, mid-level giving, major gifts and planned gifts. The role collaborates with frontline fundraisers, program staff, and members to strengthen donor relationships and grow revenue.

The position supports stewardship activities, donor communications, events, and data management, with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite) and a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 annually.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ work experience in non-profit fundraising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Suite Salesforce, Adobe CS and Classy)

Aufgaben

• Coordinate donor stewardship activities, including acknowledgments and personalized outreach.
• Support frontline fundraisers in cultivating and retaining individual donors through targeted communications.
• Assist in managing donor cultivation events and recognition programs.
• Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM/database and generate reports.
