Hesperian Health Guides seeks an organized Individual Giving Coordinator to cultivate donor relationships and support a wide range of fundraising communications. This full-time hybrid role is based in Oakland, CA, with remote work up to 2 days/week.

The position reports to the Communications Director and Executive Director and requires 2+ years in fundraising or communications, strong organizational skills, and dedication to social justice. Salary $55,000–$58,000, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fundraising or communications experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• English fluency and strong written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate solicitation and stewardship campaigns for individual donors at all giving levels.
• Manage gift processing, acknowledgement, and reconciliation.
• Communicate with donors via phone, email, and mailings; support major donor cultivation.
