Job summary

LifeStream is seeking a dedicated donor center phlebotomist in Ontario, CA. The role includes donor registration, interviews, phlebotomy, and post-donation care. You will monitor donor recovery, manage adverse reactions, and perform quality control on equipment and procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, a HS diploma/GED, California driver’s license, and CPR/phlebotomy certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level not required; HS diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification required where applicable; phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Must have California driver’s license and ability to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide donor registration and conduct donor interviews.
• Perform phlebotomy to collect whole blood; monitor donor recovery.
• Conduct basic pre-donation checks (BP, temp, pulse, hematocrit/hemoglobin).
• Ensure proper documentation and QC of procedures and equipment.
