Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service while performing donor registration and interviews.
• Performs phlebotomy for whole blood collection and related procedures.
• Monitors donor recovery and manages adverse donor reactions.
• Completes required documentation regarding donor, procedure, QC, and cleaning records.
