Job summary

Denver Rescue Mission is seeking a Donor Services Coordinator to manage daily donor processing, reporting, and gift accounting. The role supports a donor-centric culture across the Development Department and ensures accurate records and timely acknowledgments.

The temporary position runs through January 15, 2027, with benefits including sick time, holiday pay, parental leave, and a 401(k) with company match. Training on Aquirt AQ2 and Omatic is provided.

Qualifications

• Analytical ability to reconcile data from multiple databases.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ImportOmatic and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process donor mail daily and reconcile batches.
• Post gifts into Salesforce and prepare bank deposit files.
• Import online gifts into Salesforce via Omatic.
• Maintain donor records and generate thank-you letters and tax acknowledgments.
• Respond to donor inquiries and provide donor-facing support.
