Job summary

ImpactLife in Illinois is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver to join our Donor Services team. This full-time role (30–39 hours/week) drives large vehicles, registers donors, conducts screenings and phlebotomy, and supports the collection operation from setup to tear-down.

You must have customer service experience, enjoy working with the public, a stable work history, and the ability to train away from home for up to two weeks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Must be able to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Valid driver's license in your state and insurable.
• DOT Medical Certification Physical card required.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen and MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and team members.
• Register donors, perform screenings and phlebotomy as needed.
• Set up and tear down collection operations.
• Restock supplies and provide donor care during donation.
