ImpactLife in Illinois is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver to support the donor services phlebotomy team. You will conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, while transporting supplies and team members in large center vehicles.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to engage with the public.
• Must understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and travel up to two weeks.
• Hold a valid driver's license and be insurable; REAL ID required.
• DOT Medical Certification/Physical card or ability to obtain.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR review.

Responsibilities

• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and team members.
• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as needed.
• Set up and tear down of collection operations; restock supplies.
• Provide donor care during the donation process and support operations.
