Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver to perform donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy while ensuring donor care throughout the process.

You will operate large blood center vehicles, handle setup/teardown of collections, and restock supplies. This full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends, with travel as needed to support drives in the community.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Have a good, stable work history.
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Be comfortable driving larger vehicles (i.e. box-trucks, truck and trailer combos).
• Be comfortable driving in various weather conditions.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier.
• Must have REAL ID.
• Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and team members.
• Set up and tear down of collection operations; restock supplies.
