Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver to support donor services. You will drive large vehicles, transport supplies and staff, and assist with the donation process, including set up, tear down, and restocking.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to interact with the public.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Follow standard operating procedures strictly.
• Varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• Willingness to train away from home up to two weeks.
• Comfort with driving large vehicles (box-trucks, trailers).
• Ability to drive in diverse weather conditions.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by our insurer.
• DOT Medical Certification/Physical card required or obtainable.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and Donor Services staff.
• Set up and tear down collection operations.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Include donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as assigned.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
