Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver to support the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, performing donor registrations, screenings, phlebotomy, and donor care. You will drive large blood center vehicles, set up and tear down collection operations, and restock supplies.

This Full Time/30+ position requires 30–39 hours weekly with varied days, including evenings and weekends, plus paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Public interaction and stable work history beneficial.
• Understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• Willingness to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Comfortable driving large vehicles; valid driver's license and insurability.
• Possess or obtain DOT Medical Certification Physical card; pre-employment checks required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy; provide donor care during donation.
• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and team members; set up and tear down collection operations; restock supplies.
