Job summary

Easterseals Central Illinois is seeking a Donor Services Manager to lead the Development Department’s donor database, gift processing, and reporting systems at the Peoria Service Center. You will oversee fundraising operations, support campaigns and events, and coach staff to ensure accurate data, strong donor stewardship, and reliable fundraising analytics that power our mission.

Strong collaboration with Accounting and other teams is essential to achieve fundraising targets and maintain data

Qualifications

Three years of experience managing fundraising software, donor acknowledgments, and reporting.
Strong data accuracy and integrity; attention to detail.
Experience with donor stewardship and nonprofit accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

Manage donor file software, gift entry, acknowledgments, and demographics entries.
Generate reports and analyses to support Development and accounting teams.
Support annual campaigns, special events, and stewardship activities.
Provide onboarding and training for new staff; supervise department staff.
