Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability during registration.
• Assist donors in completing screening procedures per SOPs.
• Perform health screening tasks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick for hematocrit/total protein.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• May be cross-trained in other areas and assist with donor flow as needed.
