Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening per SOPs, including health history and vitals.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products from plasma after training.
• Register and transfer donors as needed.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries.
• Monitor for donor reactions and escalate to staff.
• Record donor data in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Maintain clean work environment and ensure supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality of all donor and center information.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
