Job summary

Takeda is seeking a plasma donor screener/phlebotomist for a BioLife Plasma Services site in Flint, MI. You will greet donors, screen them, record vital signs, and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

Shifts vary, including weekends/holidays. You will maintain donor charts in the Donor Information System and ensure safety and quality in all procedures. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer-facing experience is helpful.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs occasionally; frequent bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
• Maintain donor charts and records in the Donor Information System.
• Coordinate donor compensation and ensure donor safety.
• Support center operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
