You will handle donor sign-in, answer phones, and provide timely updates while supporting center staff and visitors. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and reliable data entry in a fast-paced donor center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm and pleasant attitude when dealing with upset individuals.
• Proficiency with computers and software, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong keyboarding skills and comfortable with a multi-line phone system.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant and welcoming attitude for all individuals who present in the donor center.
• Answering phones.
• Greet and register all donors via SOP and data systems.
• Greet and sign in all visitors to OBI, notifying appropriate staff.
• Provide pleasant communication to waiting donors with estimated wait times and appreciation for patience.
• Stock and maintain the canteen area including promotional items.
• Administrative support for center supervisor as needed.

Pay

$13.00 an hour or based on education and/or experience plus shift/weekend differential; $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Position

Efficiently manage the donor registration process as well as track all guests/visitors to Institute facility, ensuring that each person is greeted in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to maintain a calm and pleasant attitude when dealing with upset individuals
• Full knowledge of computers and software, including Microsoft Office products
• Great keyboarding skills as well as ability to handle multi-line phone system
• Good critical thinking skills that would allow for good judgment calls when necessary
