Godshall Recruiting is seeking a donor relations specialist in Greenville, SC to strengthen supporter engagement. You will maintain donor records, coordinate stewardship initiatives, and support communications across newsletters and impact updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in donor relations, customer service, admin support or nonprofit operations.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.
• Experience working with CRM or donor database systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor recognition activities, acknowledgments, benefits fulfillment, and stewardship initiatives.
• Maintain accurate donor records, engagement history, preferences, and reporting within the CRM system.
• Support donor communications, including correspondence, impact updates, newsletters, and recognition materials.
• Assist with donor events, receptions, VIP experiences, and concert-related hospitality activities.
• Prepare reports, track engagement metrics, and support annual reporting and stewardship initiatives.
• Partner with Development, Marketing, Events, and Leadership teams to ensure a positive and personalized donor experience.
