Job summary

Roof Above in Charlotte, NC seeks a Donor Relations Manager to support annual fund campaigns, donor stewardship, and communications. This role reports to the Director of Development and collaborates with the Philanthropy team to strengthen donor relationships.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of fundraising experience, strong writing and verbal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum of three years of professional fundraising or development experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor databases/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support annual fund campaigns to increase donor acquisition, retention and revenue.
• Coordinate annual fund activities: direct mail appeals, stewardship campaigns, events, and reporting.
• Prepare reports tracking giving trends to inform planning and decision-making.
• Create a calendar of stewardship activities for timely donor acknowledgments and engagement.
