GraceWorks Ministries is seeking an Individual Gifts Specialist to deepen donor relationships and communicate the impact of generosity. The role emphasizes relational skills, confidentiality, and a strong donor-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will have a biblical alignment, 5+ years in fundraising/NPO settings, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a flexible schedule and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fundraising methods and understanding of planned giving tools and strategies.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Exemplify honesty, trustworthiness, initiative, creativity, tenacity, diligence, and dependability.
• Live consistent with biblical principles and engage in spiritual development.

Responsabilités

• Donor cultivation and relationship building to grow engagement and investment in GraceWorks’ mission.
• Maintain an active portfolio and conduct 10+ face-to-face donor meetings monthly.
• Make consistent weekly personal calls and donor outreach.
• Document donor activity and manage records in Salesforce.
• Develop stewardship strategies for significant donors and identify major-gift opportunities.
• Collaborate with Director of Development and coordinate donor events and tours.
