Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson is seeking a Donor Relations Administrator to support development and marketing efforts. This role handles donor stewardship, board communications, and fundraising materials to help raise over $2 million annually through various channels.

Reporting to the VP of Development & Marketing, the position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and strong customer service. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems is essential, with a California driver’s license

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of development/fundraising experience or similar role.
• Experience in database management or fundraising/CRM system is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Board of Directors meetings logistics, agendas, slides, RSVPs and packets.
• Maintain governance documents, bylaws, policies, resolutions.
• Track engagement and contributions for board members; provide regular reports.
• Support board planning, retreats, orientation, and recertification.
• Prepare and send donor acknowledgments and fundraising materials.
• Enter donor contributions into CRM (DonorPerfect) and reconcile monthly.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor fundraising performance.
• Produce personalized donor acknowledgments, including tribute gifts and stock donations.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns, event logistics, and documentation.
• Provide executive support: mail processing, check requests, meeting scheduling, and communications.
