Job summary

University of Texas at Austin’s Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking a Coordinator, Donor Relations to support donor engagement and stewardship across the Longhorn Foundation lifecycle.

The role focuses on annual fund activation, membership benefits, and communications, requiring on-site work with occasional travel. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in development or intercollegiate athletics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience in development, donor relations and/or stewardship or in an applicable intercollegiate athletics position.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activation, communication, and fulfillment of Annual Fund and Longhorn Foundation membership benefits.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver benefits on time and maintain eligibility records.
• Plan donor recognition, touchpoints, and anniversaries; track engagement for future strategies.
• Coordinate Membership Kit production and fulfillment; support events and club/beneficiary programs.
• Maintain stewardship materials, inventory, and fulfillment records; generate reporting on engagement.
