Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Coordinator of Donor Relations to support the Longhorn Foundation’s donor stewardship and engagement strategy. You will drive activation, fulfillment, and personalized donor experiences throughout the donor lifecycle.

Under the Assistant Director, Donor Relations, you will coordinate benefits, acknowledgments, and communications with internal teams and external partners, while helping to plan events and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of donor relations or applicable athletics experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple events and requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Activate, communicate, and fulfill Annual Fund and Longhorn Foundation membership benefits; maintain a calendar of activation.
• Manage acknowledgement cycles and donor communications; coordinate with Development Communications.
• Coordinate Membership Kit production and fulfillment with designers or vendors; support student member program.
• Assist with donor appreciation events, tailgate activities, and gift recognition; support gameday hospitality spaces.
