AIPAC in New York, NY, seeks an Associate, Donor Relations to strengthen relationships with supporters and deepen annual giving. The role blends relationship management, fundraising, and donor service in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

You will engage current Members, manage donor transactions, and collaborate with Direct Marketing and Digital Fundraising teams. A generous benefits package and a hybrid schedule accompany a base salary of $57,000–$65,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing, relationship-management, fundraising, sales, customer-success, or similar role.
• Passion for a strong U.S.–Israel relationship and knowledge of related policy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, with donors.
• Strong customer-service orientation, sound judgment, and discretion with financial information.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage a large donor portfolio.
• Comfortable working toward ambitious fundraising and activity goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing Members to reinforce the urgency and impact of their support.
• Solicit Club Members to increase their annual giving.
• Manage donor transactions and provide service including processing gifts and sustaining plans.
• Meet fundraising, donor-contact, and retention goals.
• Maintain donor records in Salesforce and Outreach.io.
• Provide responsive, donor-centered service across communications.
• Collaborate with Direct Marketing and Digital Fundraising teams.
