AIPAC in San Francisco seeks a Director to grow financial support for pro-Israel candidates and strengthen U.S.-Israel ties. The role focuses on donor cultivation, high-level solicitations, and expanding revenue through strategic outreach.

The candidate will manage relationships with current donors, cultivate new supporters, and ensure accurate Salesforce CRM records while meeting annual fundraising targets in a hybrid, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in political fundraising, sales, or related field with a track record of meeting goals.
• Exceptional people skills and ability to build relationships with donors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Create and execute a development plan to increase donations and revenue.
• Build relationships with high-level donors and inspire larger investments.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit new donors for pro-Israel candidates and AIPAC.
• Meet quarterly and annual retention, upgrade and acquisition goals.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate donor activity and campaigns.
