Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking an Individual & Planned Giving Officer in New York City.

The role focuses on managing a donor portfolio of approximately 300 donors and prospects, driving personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to strengthen philanthropic support. You will collaborate with Development colleagues, leverage CRM donor data, and coordinate with events to engage donors, including occasional evening and weekend activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in individual and/or planned giving fundraising with successful cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Track record of securing gifts of $1,000+ and building lasting donor relationships.
• Strong portfolio-management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~300 donors and prospects with tailored cultivation and solicitation plans.
• Foster authentic donor relationships through personalized outreach and stewardship.
• Identify and cultivate planned giving opportunities and grow legacy giving program.
