Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 1-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Experience supporting donors and staff and responding to information requests.
• Ability to communicate about ministry work accurately and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to donors and respond to inquiries about Wycliffe and Bible translation.
• Support staff with resource requests and maintain knowledge base with up-to-date organizational news.
• Follow up with constituents to clarify information or confirm resolutions.
• Assist donors, staff and others with website inquiries and features, providing on-the-spot training and tips as needed.
