Qualifications

• Minimum Associate degree or equivalent with 1–3 years experience in a donor-related or customer-service role.
• Experience supporting donors or clients by phone and email.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication aligned with organizational messaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide donor care by phone and email with warmth and professionalism.
• Process donations and respond to inquiries in Salesforce and other systems.
• Maintain donor records and track activity in the CRM accurately.
