WYCLIFFE UK LIMITED is seeking a Relationships Manager to grow sustainable income from mid-level donors and keep supporters connected to our work. Initially, you’ll manage a caseload of 400–500 donors, growing to 700 while collaborating with senior staff and benefitting from Veritus UK coaching.

You will translate Bible translation programme updates into emotive touchpoints, engaging supporters by phone and balancing targets with compassionate stewardship.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with mid-level donors.
• Ability to translate programme updates into emotive donor touchpoints.
• Strong organisational and multi-priority management skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve ambitious mid-level donor income targets.
• Support development of robust donor pipelines.
• Provide general support for the Key Relationships team, including touchpoints and mailings.
