Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive fundraising or donor relations experience.
• Experience managing a donor portfolio and securing gifts.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with CRM databases such as Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 120–150 donors and corporate partners.
• Develop cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Conduct donor meetings, campus tours, and stewardship activities.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade donor relationships.
• Collaborate with teams to advance donor relationships.
