Job summary

You will plan and write content for print, video, and digital formats, collaborating with gift officers to tailor messaging and meet deadlines, while maintaining CRM data and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines and changing priorities.
• Strong judgment and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Experience with project management and program development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of complex narrative reports and donor files.
• Plan, write, and design content for reporting formats across print, video, and digital.
• Collaborate with gift officers to tailor content and meet deadlines.
• Lead pre-meeting preparation and follow-up with actions.
• Interview physicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals for donor insights.
• Enter and maintain report data in CRM and ensure delivery of final reports.
• Contribute to reporting standards and templates.
