Job summary

Splash is an international development organization based in Seattle. The Donor Relations Manager (DRM) will join the Development team to process gifts, keep accurate donor records, support prospecting, and help manage donor communications.

The DRM collaborates with the MD of Business Development to enhance donor relations plans, build a cadence for major and monthly donors, and improve operations with Salesforce and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in donor data and gift processing.
• Experience or interest in nonprofit fundraising.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts and maintain accurate donor records.
• Assist donor prospecting and support development operations.
• Interface with donors and the public as a front-line fundraiser; develop and implement donor relations plans.
