Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Development Systems Coordinator within the Development Office to manage gifts, pledges, and donor data. You will support gift processing, reporting, and event workflows, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across fundraising activities.

The role requires experience with Raiser's Edge or similar systems, strong communication, and analytical skills to provide timely insights to leadership and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training related to philanthropy.
• Experience with fundraising databases, Raiser's Edge preferred, plus Omatic/Luminate/Donor Drive knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts and pledges, including major gifts, complex gifts, grants, online giving, payroll gifts, and matching gifts.
• Assist Tech Coordinator with documentation, tracking and reporting of gifts and pledges.
• Generate reports/queries and support mailings for events, donor correspondence, and financial reporting.
• Maintain Funds, Appeals, Campaigns, and Events in Raiser's Edge database and related systems.
• Support monthly senior leadership stewardship letters; assist with Raiser's Edge mail merge.
