Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking an experienced Donor Database Analyst to manage Raiser's Edge and related systems. You will support hardware/software for the development office, ensure data integrity, and generate reports to assist fundraising initiatives.

This role requires solid SQL skills, 5+ years of database development, and strong communication with staff. Based in Hamden, CT, this position collaborates with MIS and development teams to implement system enhancements and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of database and interface development experience.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge and Donor Drive software is required.
• Strong SQL, reporting and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop specifications and documentation for system improvements and new apps.
• Research and recommend software tools for the development office.
• Troubleshoot desktop configuration issues related to donor software.
• Coordinate upgrades and integrations of donor database systems.
• Maintain Raiser's Edge and Donor Drive data integrity and reporting.
• Provide training and support on Raiser's Edge protocols to staff.
