Hesperian Health Guides seeks an organized and outgoing Individual Giving Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with and reporting to the Communications Director and the Executive Director, the Individual Giving Coordinator cultivates and builds relationships with Hesperian’s individual donors. Primary duties include: gift processing and tracking, database management, donor relations, and supporting a wide range of fundraising communications and outreach.
This is a full-time position at our Oakland, California office with the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week. As a mission-driven organization, we look for candidates who share a commitment to promoting social justice and an understanding or familiarity with grassroots outreach and community organizing. The ideal candidate has fundraising experience, is self-motivated, a strong communicator, and has high attention to detail.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary ranging from $55,000 to $58,000, commensurate with experience.
