Job summary

North Hills Community Outreach (NHCO) seeks a Development Coordinator to support day-to-day fundraising operations, event logistics, and prospect research. You will maintain donor records, engage donors, and help with campaigns that sustain NHCO’s programs.

The role involves coordinating events, assisting with grant proposals, and producing metrics for leadership. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years in development or fundraising are required, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.
• Experience with CRM and fundraising software, especially Bloomerang, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Bloomerang CRM/donor database and generate reports.
• Coordinate fundraising events including logistics, registration, and sponsorship tracking.
• Support grant proposals, donor communications, and reporting for leadership.
