Qualifications

• Proven donor relations, stewardship, event planning, and fundraising operations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, donor database management, and Microsoft Office; experience generating reports from donor databases is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organize all functions of the Donor Relations, Events, Grants, Marketing teams.
• Support the teams in developing and executing the annual Donor Relations fundraising plan, with focus on stewardship, events, and operational execution.
• Manage a comprehensive donor stewardship program, including acknowledgment letters, gift agreements, impact reporting, and recognition activities for donors at all giving levels.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute donor cultivation and fundraising events, including logistics, vendor management, budgets, invitations, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Develop strategies to convert event attendees, volunteers, sponsors, and community supporters into ongoing donors, in partnership with the major gifts team.
• Oversee donor information within the agency's CRM, including gift entry, contact reports, donor segmentation, and data integrity standards.
• Generate regular fundraising reports and dashboards on donor trends, pipeline health, event performance, and revenue progress for the Chief Development Officer.
