The role focuses on donor experience, communications, events, and reporting, working closely with the Director of Enrollment & Engagement and other leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in development, donor relations, school advancement, event coordination, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with donor databases and Canva is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor records, gifts, pledges, stewardship activity, and follow-up in Bloomerang.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgments, thank-you letters, giving records, donor lists, and development reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance to support gift processing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate donor communications, events, and stewardship activities.
• Support the development team with planning, timelines, and follow-up.
