Job summary

Headwaters School seeks a Development Coordinator for the 2026-2027 academic year to advance fundraising priorities and donor engagement. The role supports communications, stewardship, and events while ensuring data integrity in the donor database and adherence to school policies.

You will collaborate with parents, alumni, volunteers, and school leaders, coordinating donor calls, grant activities, and annual giving programs in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant fundraising and development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with donor databases and fundraising campaigns.
• Ability to manage donor communications and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development communications and fundraising mailings.
• Process and acknowledge gifts accurately and promptly.
• Support targeted fundraising appeals and campaigns.
• Manage the Development Office’s use of Veracross and data hygiene.
• Maintain confidential donor records and reporting.
• Prepare reports for committees and stakeholders.
