Unbound Now is seeking a North Texas Development Coordinator to support regional fundraising through administrative duties, portfolio management, research, stewardship, and event support. This in-person, full-time role reports to the Director of Development and aims to expand donor engagement across North Texas in alignment with the organization’s mission.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Philanthropy / Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or Human Services.
1–3 years of donor stewardship, fundraising operations, donor database management, or high-level administrative support.
Direct experience assisting with major donor cultivation, annual campaigns, or donor event execution.

Mansioni

Maintain donor portfolio in CRM with stages, activity, notes, and next steps.
Monitor Director of Development’s calendar, deadlines, moves-management, and touchpoints.
Prepare donor meeting briefings with giving history and talking points.
Identify mid-level donors for major gift cultivation.
Coordinate donor events and campaigns under direction of the Director of Development.
Administrative support for cross-functional initiatives and reporting.
