CNM in Dallas seeks a Development Director to lead fundraising initiatives for the Dallas chapter, working with the Executive Director, Board, and the Friends network to meet fiscal goals. You will oversee donor cultivation across individuals, foundations, and corporations, revise development plans, and coordinate with the National Grant Writing team.

You will plan major fundraising campaigns, manage donor relations, and help grow sustainable pipelines.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive professional fundraising experience in fundraising, development, nonprofit advancement, or a related field; or ten (10) years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Proven success securing and stewarding major gifts through strategic identification, cultivation, solicitation, and long-term donor engagement.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and board members to advance fundraising goals and activate networks.
• Track record of building sustainable fundraising pipelines, including prospect identification, moves management, donor segmentation, and stewardship strategies.
• Experience creating and executing development strategies translating relationship-building into philanthropic investment and long-term support.
• Demonstrated use of data and donor insights to prioritize opportunities, manage fundraising performance, and achieve annual goals.
• Experience establishing development infrastructure, systems, and processes to support scalable fundraising growth.
