• Experience in development or donor relations preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor records, gifts, pledges, stewardship activity, and follow-up in Bloomerang
• Coordinate donor acknowledgments, thank-you letters, giving records, donor lists, and development reporting
• Collaborate with Finance to support accurate gift processing and reconciliation
• Coordinate donor calls and stewardship follow-up with the Head of School’s assistant
• Help ensure donors are thanked, recognized, and cared for in a mission-centered way
• Maintain organized systems for donor information and deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and financial information
