Job summary

North Hills Community Outreach (NHCO) is seeking a Development Coordinator to support day-to-day fundraising operations, events, grants, and donor communications. You will help maintain donor records, engage supporters, and assist with campaigns that sustain NHCO’s programs and services.

The role involves coordinating events, managing registrations, and collaborating with the Development and Communications team to drive donor retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of development or fundraising experience.
• Proficiency with donor databases and fundraising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor records in Bloomerang and generate reports for cultivation insights.
• Plan, execute, and track fundraising campaigns and events.
• Coordinate registrations, sponsorships, and volunteer needs for events.
• Support grant proposals, funder research, and reporting.
• Prepare metrics and reports for leadership and donors.
• Represent NHCO at external events and public speaking engagements.
