Qualifications

Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content organization skills.
Ability to transform detailed information into clear, audience-focused communications.
Experience managing multiple projects, contributors, deadlines, and approvals.
Experience with Canva or similar design platforms.
Experience producing newsletters and managing email communications (Mailchimp).
Experience in school communications, family engagement, enrollment support, or community relations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end production of CHC's biweekly all-school newsletter, from planning to distribution.
Coordinate content with school leaders, faculty, and staff to meet deadlines.
Write, edit, and organize content aligned with CHC's mission and brand.
Create newsletter graphics and ensure a polished user experience.
Manage Mailchimp audiences, templates, and performance analytics.
Collaborate on editorial planning and continuous improvement.
