Job summary

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Inc. in Manchester, NH is seeking a part-time Community Relations Assistant (20 hours/week) to support donor relations and staff communications. Responsibilities include entering donations, generating acknowledgements, coordinating event materials, and maintaining donor lists.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for non-clinical roles. Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in administrative roles and strong

Qualifications

• Associate degree in general studies, business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of related administrative experience.
• Experience with CRM non-profit database.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Enter donations in Salsa, submit batch reports to accounting.
• Create acknowledgements based on donation type.
• Assemble promotional gear for events (tents, tables, chairs, brochures).
• Inventory and organize promotional items and brochures.
• Write meeting minutes.
• Deliver daily mail.
• Track event attendees and costs; staff donations and awards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
