Job summary

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester is seeking a Director of Development to lead all fundraising activities from Manchester, NH. You will drive donor relations, sponsorships, and planned giving initiatives while coordinating the Center’s website presence and communications.

With a minimum of 8 years of fundraising experience and a bachelor’s degree, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to expand resources and community impact.

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of fundraising experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fundraising activities for the Center.
• Develop strategies for donor relations and sponsorships.
• Oversee sponsorship cultivation and donor recognition.
• Coordinate website updates and monitor site use for programs.
• Collaborate with VP of Community Relations on agency events.
• Build relationships with media outlets and partners.
• Track donations and report progress to leadership.
